 Director: Doug Pierson 
Doug and his wife Valerie have been serving at Crossroads since September of 1993. Doug graduated from Cedarville College (Ohio) in 1991 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance, and graduated from Moody Bible Institute (Chicago) in 1993 with a Master's Degree in Biblical Studies. Doug and Valerie have three daughters.
 Director of Teen Ministries: Adam Hammond
Adam Has been involved in Crossroads since 1996 when he attended Home School PE class. He played Home School sports and was involved in the other teen ministries throughout high school. He and his wife Kami met through Crossroads and have been married five years. Adam is the Youth Pastor and Worship Leader at Family Life Church in Elburn, IL.
