This is a tackle football team for high school age homeschool kids in the Chicago and northern Illinois area. However, the Crusader football program is about much more than just football. It exists to help young men develop the character and skills they will need to succeed beyond high school. The Bible will be the cornerstone of the program and players will develop their knowledge of God's Word even as they learn about the sport of football. Ultimately, players will discover just what they are capable of physically, spiritually, and mentally. They will learn discipline and grow character that will serve them if they compete at the next level in football, academics, or all the other things life has to offer. This program is about growing young men into men who know what they stand for and have the confidence and conviction to stand for God's truth, just as it is described in Ephesians 6:13-17.
