We are a family of believers from many different communities and churches in the western suburbs of Chicagoland. We are focused on the good news of Jesus Christ and spreading that news to others.

Crossroads is not associated or affiliated with any church or other organization.

UNIQUE Ministry

Crossroads emphasizes the gospel and equips people to share the gospel.

NOT FOR PROFIT

Crossroads is incorporated as a non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible.

Non-Denominational

Crossroads teaches the Bible as the inerrant Word of God and is not associated with any specific denomination.

Para-Church Ministry

Crossroads does not exist to replace the church, but rather to work with the local churches to share the Gospel and to advance the Kingdom of God.

Open to Everyone

Crossroads invites all people to be a part of its ministries, regardless of denomination, or background.

The Crossroads Story

We stand for Lives Changed By Christ

Crossroads started with a small group of kids who would gather in the former building, a truck stop. Today, in our facility, we have hundreds of teens in our sports and ministry.

For over 50 years, God has been actively shaping the path of Crossroads, and His work continues. Countless young individuals have been engaged in our ministries, with hundreds finding salvation in Christ. Many students have dedicated themselves to, or are currently serving in, full-time ministry.


Crossroads exists to work in partnership with the local churches in making disciples by:

  • REACHING the lost for Christ
  • BUILDING up believers in the Word of God
  • EQUIPPING students to serve God and others

What We Believe

We believe that ministry isn't just about a building with a cross. It's about people's relationship with God and each other.

  • About God

    We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

  • About Jesus

    We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.

  • About The holy spirit & the Church

    • We believe in the present day ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the child of God is enabled to live a godly life.
    • We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust, the everlasting blessedness of the saved, and the everlasting punishment of the lost.
    • We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ.

  • About Humanity

    We believe that because of the fall, all human beings are born with a sinful nature, have lost their communion with God, and are under His wrath and curse. 

  • About Salvation

    We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures as a substitutionary sacrifice, and that all who personally put their faith in Christ as their substitute are justified on the ground of His shed blood, and thereby become children of God.

  • About the bible

    We believe in the Scripture of the Old and New Testament as verbally inspired of God, inerrant in the original writings, and that they are of supreme and final authority in faith and life.

The Great Commission

"Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."  Matthew 28:19-20

Reach (evangelism):

“Make disciples”

Evangelism is sharing the message of Jesus Christ with those who do not know Him. Crossroads exists to reach out to these people and the community through evangelism.

Build (discipleship): "Baptizing them"

Discipleship builds believers to be more like Christ. Crossroads prioritizes the Word of God and promotes spiritual growth in honoring Christ daily.

Equip (ministry):

"Teaching Them to obey"

Ministry involves using our gifts to serve the Lord and others. Crossroads teaches ministry in order to equip our youth with the life skills needed to serve God and make disciples.

At Crossroads we offer a summer and winter day camp. These camps are focused on reaching the lost in our community, encouraging those in Christ all while playing outside in God's creation.
